appropriate, with credit reporting bureaus.

successfully locating debtors, property, assets and

Judgment Enforcement Service
What should be specifically noted, as part and parcel
of an effective recovery, is the ability to provide
repossession, attachment, and garnishment services.
It can come as part of a levy on wages, execution on
bank accounts or other assets when identified and appropriately
available. Likewise, we are able to provide services
through pre-attachment remedies that may be repossession,
as well as attachment devices that would secure payment
of the debt once the obligation is proven. As a Law
Firm, as opposed to a collection agency, the opportunity
can be utilized immediately upon the referral of an
account if a resource is identified and a repossession
or a prejudgment attachment will result in a successful
collection.
